This is really frustrating. I’ll post a totally normal comment and it just disappears into moderation forever. It feels like the site is being way too strict, and whoever set up these filters clearly didn’t think it through. I’m tired of wasting time writing comments that never actually show up.

"Still can’t get into my account"
I’ve tried resetting my password three times now and I still can’t log in. Every time I think it’s going to work, it just sends me right back to the login page. My sister even tried helping me figure it out, but we got nowhere. Super frustrating when all I wanted to do was check my account details.

Their car reviews were accurate and lined up with what I saw when I went to the dealers myself. It made choosing a car a lot easier and saved me some hassle. The only annoying part was that some of the communication wasn’t super clear, so I had to double-check a few things that should’ve been explained better.

"No response and it messed up my plans"
I tried getting in touch with Auto Express about an issue it was just silence. I sent a message, waited, then chased it up, and still didn’t get anything useful back. I understand places get busy, but I was relying on them to sort this out and it ended up throwing off my plans completely. Sitting around waiting with no proper reply is so frustrating. Really puts me off using them again.

I use autoexpress.co.uk often for car news and reviews, and most of the time the info is decent and actually useful. It’s one of those sites I’ll check when I’m looking up a car or just want to see what’s new.
The main thing that bugs me is the amount of adverts. Pop ups, videos, banners, all that stuff can get in the way when I’m just trying to read an article. It’s not totally unusable or anything, but it does make me leave sooner than I probbaly would otherwise.

I like the car news and reviews on Autoexpress, but the site is just so slow for me. Pages take ages to load, sometimes they hang halfway, and the ads seem to make everything even worse. It’s frustrating when I only want to quickly check a bit of car news. I even tried looking for help, but the support replies felt like copy-paste answers that didn’t really address the issue.

"Delivery was a bit hit and miss"
I ordered some car mats and they did turn up in the end, but they arrived a day later than I was originally told. It wasn’t the biggest deal, but the updates weren’t great and I kept getting slightly different answers about when they’d actually arrive. Just a bit frustrating really, better communication would’ve made the whole thing much easier.

I check Auto Express often when I’m looking up car reviews or just catching up on car news. Like I said, the reviews usually feel fair and not like they’re just repeating press releases. The only thing that gets a bit annoying is the amount of ads on some pages, but like I said, the actual articles and opinions seem solid enough that I still trust them.

I signed up for the Auto Express newsletter expecting it to be another thing clogging up my inbox, because that’s usually what happens to me. But it’s been useful. There’s a good mix of car news, reviews, and deals, and it doesn’t feel too overwhelming. I do skip parts here and there when they’re not really for me, but overall it’s one of the few emails I don’t regret signing up for.

I still pick up Auto Express from time to time, and it is not bad overall. The print quality is okay, but some of the pages feel a little thin and the photos do not always look as bright or sharp as I would like. The articles are usually decent enough, I just wish the magazine felt a bit more premium for what it costs.

I dip into autoexpress.co.uk now and again for car news and reviews, and the articles are usually decent.
The problem is the site itself. It’s hard to describe exactly, but pages seem to freeze at random, ads make everything jump around, and I’ve had it reload while I’m halfway through reading something.
I still go back because the content is useful, but the whole thing feels a bit too buggy at the moment. It really needs some work...

"Should’ve known better than to trust it"
I used autoexpress.co.uk to look up some car news and reviews, and it was just okay. The info was there eventually, but the site felt really cluttered and messy, with ads constantly getting in the way. Some pages loaded slowly too, which made the whole thing more annoying than it needed to be. I kind of felt stupid for trusting it to be a quick, straightforward place to find what I needed. Not the worst site, but definitely could be a lot easier to use
